What we collect, why, and what we will never do with it. Written in plain English, because a policy nobody can read is not a policy.

The short version
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and has no tracking pixels or advertising tags on it. There is no form to fill in. If you want to reach us you use an email link or a phone number, and nothing about your visit is recorded on our side until you do.
What we collect when you contact us
If you email or call, we hold what you send us: your name, your email address or phone number, your company, and whatever you tell us about your business. We use it to answer you and, if you become a customer, to run your service. That is the whole purpose.
What we collect if you become a customer
Running phone answering for you means handling records of the calls that come into your business. That includes:
- Call recordings and written transcripts
- Caller phone numbers, names and any details a caller gives
- Appointments booked, and the calendar entries created for them
- Text messages sent and received on your behalf
This information belongs to you, not to us. We access it to set your assistant up, to correct it during the tuning period, and to fix faults you report. We do not sell it, rent it, share it with advertisers, or use one customer's records to do anything for another customer.
Call recording and consent
Some jurisdictions, including around a dozen US states, require every party on a call to consent to it being recorded rather than just one. Where that applies, we configure a spoken notice at the start of the call as part of your setup. If your situation is unusual, tell us before you go live and we will work out the right arrangement.
Who else touches your data
We build on third-party infrastructure rather than running our own telephony and speech systems, so your calls pass through the providers we use for phone numbers, voice processing, and calendar connections. They act on our instructions and are bound by their own agreements. We will tell you which providers are involved in your setup if you ask, and you are entitled to ask.
How long we keep it
Recordings and transcripts are kept for as long as your service is running, or for a shorter period if you ask us to set one. Enquiries that do not become customers are deleted once the conversation has clearly ended. When you leave, you can export everything, and we will delete our copies on request.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email julianezekiel123@gmail.com and you will get an answer inside one business day. There is no fee and no form.
Cold outreach
We contact businesses directly, using business contact details, to introduce what we do. If you would rather not hear from us, reply and say so, or email the address above. You will be removed and not contacted again, and you do not have to explain why.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects existing customers, we will email them about it rather than quietly editing the page and hoping nobody notices.
