Terms of service
The terms we work under. They are short on purpose, and they say the same thing the rest of the site says.
Last updated 6 September 2026. Questions about any of this go to julianezekiel123@gmail.com, and they get a real answer.
Who these terms are with
These terms cover services provided by SimplyTech, operating from Philippines, to the business that engages us. They apply from the point we begin setting up your service.
What we provide
Phone answering, lead follow-up, and appointment booking, configured for your business and run on your behalf. The specific scope for your account is whatever we agree in writing before setup — the descriptions on this website are what the service does generally, not a fixed list of what your account includes.
Setup
Configuration, test calls, calendar connection and the tuning that follows go-live are included at no extra charge. Setup needs your input: what you do, the area you cover, your prices, and what counts as urgent. We cannot build an accurate assistant without it, and delays in getting it are the usual reason a go-live slips.
Fees and your rate
Fees are agreed in writing before your service begins and billed monthly in advance. The rate you start on is the rate you keep for as long as your service runs continuously. If our standard pricing rises later, it applies to new customers, not to you.
Plans are sized to your call volume. If your usage moves well beyond the band your plan covers, we will tell you before anything changes and agree a plan that fits, rather than issuing a surprise invoice.
Cancellation
Month to month, with no minimum term and no notice period. Tell us you want to stop and we will stop at the end of your current paid month. There is no cancellation fee and no charge for exporting your own data.
Your number and your data
Your phone number remains yours throughout and is unaffected by leaving. Call recordings, transcripts, contact records and booking history belong to you. You may export them at any time, including on the way out, and ask us to delete our copies afterwards.
What the service can and cannot do
The assistant is configured not to quote prices, commit to timescales, or answer technical questions it has not been given answers to. It takes a message or transfers the call instead. It is a well-built system rather than a person, and like any system it can misunderstand a caller. You keep control: you see every booking as it happens and can change or cancel it.
We do not guarantee a particular number of bookings, a particular revenue figure, or uninterrupted service. The calculator on our website is arithmetic on figures you enter, and is an illustration of what missed calls may be costing you — not a forecast, a promise, or a projection of results.
Availability and dependencies
The service relies on third-party telephony, voice, and calendar providers, and on your own phone service and internet connection. Outages in any of those can interrupt it. We will tell you when we know about a problem and fix what is ours to fix.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your business, and tell us when it changes
- Hold the rights to the phone number and calendar you ask us to connect
- Comply with the laws that apply to your own customer communications
- Tell us before go-live if you handle medical, clinical, or other regulated personal information, so it can be dealt with properly rather than discovered later
Liability
Our liability in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we will email you before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept it; if you would rather not, cancel, and nothing further is owed.
